Same for bar area’s better cleaning as you go and UV fly deterrent's absent. More UV fly lights and fans may have helped. Food was good overall but again basic hygiene poor, no fly covers over Salad & Fruit. Mud, Sand, Food, Sun oil and perspiration in addition to bird droppings ! The above was not managed despite the hotel being aware of the issue. The Sun Bed pads were not cleaned daily or overnight ( basic hygiene ) especially after Covid. They seemed short staffed as there was no drinks service at pool or sea front first few days. People left their gear on loungers all day but did not use them leaving others with nowhere to sit outside. Sun-loungers being reserved from 5am not enough loungers in first 5 days as hotel pretty full. If I said Benidorm but in the Caribbean that might be give insight.
